10 Feb MasterCare EMR selected for Malaysian Mental Health program

The Malaysian Ministry of Health’s MENTARI mental health network (via distributor Inter Virtual Sdn Bhd) has awarded Global Health a contract to implement and support MasterCare Electronic Medical Record (EMR) throughout Malaysia.

The MENTARI program is aimed at improving community mental health services. There are currently 12 centres across Malaysia with a further 36 centres planned to be opened over the next three years.

MasterCare will be implemented as a centralised nationwide database. This approach will enable comprehensive reporting to provide insights into the efficacy of treatment plans, patient outcomes and other clinical and management trends.
