- - - #### Australian Healthcare Software provider Global Health Limited (ASX: GLH) (“Global Health” or “Company”) has been awarded a contract for up to 10 years with the Government of Western Australia’s Mental Health Commission (WA MHC) for the implementation of MasterCare EMR   **Key Highlights:** • Initial $850,000 in first-year revenue for implementation, services and first-year subscription • Hosted Implementation of [MasterCare Electronic Medical Record](https://www.mastercare.net.au/emr/) (EMR), [MasterCare Dashboards-as-a-Service](https://www.mastercare.net.au/dashboard-as-a-service/) and [ReferralNet](https://www.referralnet.com.au/) Secure Messaging platform • Scheduled to go live on 1 July with a 5-year term plus 3 options for a further 5-year extension • Includes upgrade path to [MasterCare+](https://www.mastercare.net.au/mastercare-plus/) SaaS platform over the term   The [WA Mental Health Commission](https://www.mhc.wa.gov.au/) are responsible for a network of mental health, drug and alcohol services for the State which are purchased from a range of providers including public Health Service Providers, a wide range of non-government organisations and private service providers. [Global Health](https://www.global-health.com/)’s MasterCare platform will enable the WA Mental Health Commission to meet the key State and Federal reporting requirements for Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Services. With the solution becoming WA MHC’s core EMR solution for managing the treatment of clients and enabling users to connect to critical infrastructure such as the Government’s MyHealthRecord and comply with other Digital Health initiatives such as Secure Messaging and prescribing. MasterCare has emerged as the market-leading EMR for Australian Community Health organisations in recent years, with the WA MHC join being the latest of several key accounts to select MasterCare EMR in 2020. The Project will see the delivery of a module in MasterCare that will collect and report the WA MHC’s data set for drug and alcohol services, which extends an already comprehensive list of programs now natively supported in the application. This list includes major programs such as the PMHC, AOD NMDS, CH, VINAH, HACC and NDIS. “We are really excited by the opportunity to work with the WA Mental Health Commission on this project,” said Kye Cherian, General Manager of the MasterCare platform. “They deliver a fantastic service that provides critical support to individuals and families that need it most. As a product team, we are proud to be working with community health organisations of this calibre”. The MasterCare platform is comprehensive Client management and Clinical solution with built-in modules for Scheduling, Billing, Claiming, Referral Management and a whole suite of clinical features that add great value to all facets of health services. “We are proud of the momentum we have gained in the community health sector,” said Cherian. “This project further strengthens our claim as the premier solution for community health organisations across Australia and improves on the MasterCare products credentials in this space”. ##### The future of the MasterCare Platform The length of the contract also demonstrates faith in the company’s roadmap and vision to transition from the current MasterCare EMR user-base to the company’s next generation SaaS solution, MasterCare+, in the years to come.
