The integration between Lifecard and HotHealth allows the configuration of forms to pre-fill information from the patient’s Lifecard record. This simple integration reduces data entry for the patient and leads to more accurate information capture for clinicians.
Lifecard can log appointments for patients based on appointments listed in their clinicians MasterCare+ calendar. From your MasterCare+ account, you are also able to securely send health documents, measurements and results directly from your clinical software to your patient’s Lifecard account. This secure message delivery process is facilitated by ReferralNet, Global Health’s secure messaging provider.
Similarly, any ReferralNet user can send information to a patient’s Lifecard from their own clinical or practice management system.
Lifecard is especially helpful in the discharge stage of care. Users can update relevant measures and information for monitoring in the discharge process.
2021 hopes to see the integration of Apple Health with Lifecard to automatically populate relevant data from Apple Health into a patient’s Lifecard account for more convenient data capture.
